Anne is a mother of two and knows first hand the overwhelming emotions that pregnancy and birth can bring. Anne’s first birth experience in the hospital left her feeling unsatisfied and determined to take control of her next pregnancy and birth. Her second son’s pregnancy and birth was a complete game changer. 

Now Anne has coached and supported hundreds of women postpartum. Those experiences, combined with own her personal journey, led her to founding Empowered Decisions.
